During today’s challenging times, amidst complex regulations, water shortages and excessive taxation, Kings County Farm Bureau is here to ensure the future of the family farm. Whether through educational programs, training classes, industry workshops, political activism, or community involvement, we are committed to supporting local farmers.

Dusty Ference, Executive Director

Dusty Ference is the Executive Director of the Kings County Farm Bureau and the General Manager of the Excelsior/Kings River Resource Conservation District. His combined experience managing both organizations and his citrus farming background give him a unique and diverse perspective on issues affecting California agriculture.

In addition to his work with the Farm Bureau, Dusty serves as the Chair of the Kings County Ag Advisory Committee, Vice President of the Kings Economic Development Corporation, and member of the Lemoore College Ag Advisory Committee and the local Hanford Rotary Club. He also has valuable experience advocating for agriculture at the state and national levels, having lobbied in Sacramento and Washington, D.C. Dusty looks forward to continuing his efforts to represent the Kings County Farm Bureau members at the local, state, and federal levels.

Tiffany Flores, Office Manager

Tiffany is a Lemoore native who comes to the Farm Bureau with over 18 years of experience in administrative support and customer relations in the private and government sectors. She has been involved in her community as a member of Lions Club International, an associate member of the Sarah A. Mooney Memorial Museum Board of Directors, and a foreign exchange host parent with the World Link Organization.
